The Wind That Shakes The Barley Film
Hi everyone! today I will talk about the film "The Wind That Shakes The Barley"directed by Ken Loach. I watch this film with my english class last week!
Well, This movie is about two brothers at the time of the Independence Irish war. I disliked the film because it has a lot of violence but I understand that it is because of the context that the film shows. Anyway it's a good film because talk more about the IRA and the story of their figth.
I don't know about the Irish history and this movie learns me a little more of this context and war.
My favoite character was Damien, because he saw was wrong at the start of the film about the brutality of the enemy and he after transform in a revolutionary. And other thing I liked of this character is he defends his family and people.
I liked about the film the idol group and the the cinematographic treatment because it is very realistic. And something I don't like was the female characters, because their was a couple of the man and only she stays in the house.
My favorite scene was when the two brothers confront each other in the opposite place, as enemys, I like because is a emotional escene and we see the opposite of this brothers.

I like when the two brothers confront each other too! I think that show us the realistic fact of the movie, because it was real life.
